Mr. McConnell provides calculations and expert testimony regarding estimates of lost income.  Using his knowledge of compensation programs and actuarial principles, he is able to use modeling, simulation and other stochastic processes to compute the range of values for lost income where there is an element of uncertainty as to the course of future events such as in stock compensation, contingent payments or survivorship.

Available to work for both plaintiffs and defendants and we have experience with the compensation valuation issues that can arise in family law cases.

Our services for expert witness work are billed at our standard hourly rates. We can typically estimate fees through the research and report-writing phases of the project. Testimony and preparation is billed on a time-and-materials basis.
